How the course
works.
At this level, every session is different. Your coach will work on what the wave and your surfing call for that day — there's no single formula.

Free Rider
Course.
Each class is 2 hours of surf time. Equipment, wetsuit, boots, leash and transfer all included. Our Free Rider course is our advanced surf program — for surfers ready to tackle green waves and improve their style.
At this level, consistency is key. More sessions in the water means faster and more lasting progress.
Private
Lessons.
At Free Rider level, a private session means your coach can follow you through every wave — real-time feedback, in the water, on the specific moves you're working on. It's the fastest way to progress.

Common
questions.
If you can consistently catch unbroken green waves and stay on your feet, you're ready for this level. You don't need to be turning yet — that's what we'll work on together.
The north of Fuerteventura has several breaks that work well for this level. We choose based on the swell and wind of the day — sometimes beach breaks, sometimes more defined peaks. Transfer is always included.
No — boards are included. But if you're travelling with your own board and want feedback on whether it suits your level, we're happy to advise. At this stage, board choice starts to matter more.
When conditions allow, we film sessions and review the footage together. Seeing yourself surf is one of the most effective coaching tools at this level.
We find the best option available. If conditions don't work for this level at all, we reschedule. Fuerteventura gets swell most of the year, so flat days are rare.
