How the course
works.
Every In Progress student arrives at a different point. Your instructor will assess your level from day one and adapt the course to where you are and where you want to go. Our In Progress course is our intermediate kiteboarding program — for riders who have the basics but aren't yet fully autonomous.
Equipment setup · Beach or water briefing · Active kite time · Debrief · Return. Total time from arrival to departure: approximately 3–3.5 hours.
~1.5 hours of active kite time per session. This is standard across IKO-certified schools — focused instruction in small groups is more effective than longer sessions with less attention.

Progression
Course.
For students who've had lessons but aren't riding consistently. We go straight to the water with boat support and radio communication. Your instructor assesses your level from the first session and builds from there.
Not sure yet? Start with 3 classes — enough to get back riding consistently. You can always add more.
🌬️ No wind policy: If conditions don't allow the class, we'll reschedule. If you can't make the new date, we refund the missed classes — no questions asked.
Refresh
Class.
If it's been a while since your last kite session, the Refresh class gets you back up to speed before heading to the water. One beach session to review kite control, safety systems, and boat preparation. Not always necessary — your instructor will advise.
Private
Lessons.
100% focused on you. Faster progress, flexible schedule, personalized instruction. Available with or without equipment.

Common
questions.
If you've done at least 2–3 lessons and have basic kite control but aren't riding consistently yet, you're In Progress. If you're not sure, get in touch and describe where you left off — we'll advise honestly.
Not always. If you've kited recently and feel confident with kite control, you can go straight to the water. If it's been more than 6–12 months or you feel rusty, the Refresh is worth it — it's one beach session at 60€ and sets you up for a much better water experience.
Classes run in two main slots: morning (9:30–13:30) or afternoon (14:00–18:00). The exact time depends on wind and weather conditions. We send a pre-confirmation a few days before and a final confirmation the evening before your class.
Yes — if you have your own kite and board you're welcome to use it. Let us know when booking. Private lessons without equipment are available at 70€/h.
Yes — spread your classes across different days depending on your schedule. Just let us know your dates when booking.
