Common
questions.
No experience needed at all. We start from zero — wing theory, safety, first contact on the beach, then progressively into the water. The foil board comes later once you're comfortable with the wing.
Not required, but it helps. If you already kite or surf, you'll likely progress faster — especially with board balance and water reading. We adapt to each student's background.
Most students get their first foil flights between class 3 and 5. It depends on your background and conditions. We recommend starting with 3 classes — enough to see real progress and decide how to continue.
Morning 9:30–13:30 or afternoon 14:00–18:00. Exact time depends on wind and conditions. We pre-confirm a few days before and send the final confirmation the evening before.
No special fitness required. Wing foil is more about technique than strength. Being reasonably active helps, but we've taught students of all ages and fitness levels.
If conditions don't allow the class we reschedule. If you can't make the new date we refund the missed classes — no complications.
